Guiliana Camerino, Italian fashion designer (1920-2010), started Roberta di Camerino in Venice. This statement piece from Roberta Di Camerino is the cherry on top of any outfit. The equestrian inspired coat has a print featuring vibrant red, blue, and green belts all over the dress mimicking intertwined ribbons. The gold tone buttons have the Roberta Di Camerino logo in the center. Two large flap pockets on hip, each adorned with a logo button. Belt in the same pattern and fabric as jacket with her iconic buckle on the belt buckle. Double button on each cuff of sleeve. Interior chain to hang coat. Bag of the same design as the coat, however a flocked fabric. The bag is a tote and can be tossed over the shoulder or held on the arm. Top zipper and side zipper. Robert Di Camerino gold tone logo on the front of bag.

Absolutely gorgeous! This black wool coat by Agnes - Drecoll hits just below the knee and has a fit and flare silhouette, giving the tea length dress a very feminine outline. The coat has a shawl - like collar, is double breasted and features buttons made of ribbons folded in the shape of roses. The pockets of the coat are accented by petal - shaped bead designs with added black pompoms. Gorgeous, feminine, and classic - we think it has a very Grace Kelly feel.
Agnes - Drecoll was a brand merger between Drecoll and Agnes in 1937. Drecoll was an existing Austrian couture house founded in 1904 that later merged with the Beers couture atelier in 1928. Agnes was created in 1898 by Mme Havet, a French Couturier who had worked under the tutelage of Jacques Doucet, designer and art collector. Agnes' successes include popularizing the turban after World War II, and having Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands, and Alexandra Feodorovna, the last empress of Russia, as clients.

Wonderful deep chocolate brown feathered Mink cape by Arnold Liebes. The cape is hip length, with a straight collar, and fastens at the neck with a grosgrain rope with AMAZING swirling polished bakelite acorn - like aglets. The cape is lined in black silk with a subtle floral pattern. Perfection.
Arnold Liebes was a furrier with trading posts in Alaska. In the early 20th century he made frequent trips to his outposts, documenting what he saw on his trips with a camera and his diary. His collection of photographs, manuscripts, and over 1000 anthropologically relevant items are available at the California Academy of Sciences.
