Description

Extremely beautiful dress created by Traina-Norell in 1955. The halter day or evening dress is made of black taffeta and boasts a sheer overlay halter attached to a circle skirt. Fine leno weave fabric, pronounced horizontal gathering across bust, thin shoulder straps, attached sturdy taffeta & horse hair petticoats. A separate horse hair crinoline adds even fuller shape.
