Description

Beautiful cream and silver evening dress by Lisa Meril. The dress is maxi length, with an empire waist silhouette, full skirt, and fitted bodice. The sleeves are long, with bell sleeves that begin to billow out at the elbow. The scoop neckline is rounded and reaches mid breastbone. The front of the skirt is pleated at the sides continuing the princess seams of the bodice, the back is fully pleated, giving the dress a wonderful amount of volume. Very ball, very wedding or just an event to feel regal!

The dress was designed by Jo Copeland for Richard Pacun’s “Lisa Meril” fashion label. Copeland’s work in the 1970s was fun and romantic, with opulent textiles and design details that would not look out of place in a Napoleonic painting or a Jane Austen novel!
